A booklet that contains information on many common fruits and vegetables.  It gives a brief comment plus lists some nutrient values….i.e “ARUGULA”   The raw leaves are a common ingredient in salads. The taste is slightly bitter.  1/2 cup contains only 2 calories  and there is NO Vitamin C.
